Acedrive dt cannot be held responsible for any monies paid to the franchised instructor as this
contact is between
the pupil and the franchised intructor.
Unless 48 hours notice is given,any lesson cancellations will be charged at your current lesson
rate.
Your Acedrive franchised instructor has the right to withdraw the Acedrive tuition car for the day
of your driving
test if,in the franchised instructors opinion the candidate is not deemed to the required test
standart.
Acedrive cannot be responsible for lesson cancellation due to mechanical breakdown but will
endeavour to find
a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
You will be supplied with your AceDrive instructor`s telephone number for all of your future
communications.
If you have a complaint that cannot be dealt with directly through your Acedrive dt franchised
instructor then
please contact AceDrive dt and your complaint will be dealt with in the strictest confidence within
14 days.

AceDrive dt accepts no responsabillity for any monies paid in advance to the Franchised instructor
for
